I've done everything I can to warn Christians. They simply will not listen. They have closed their ears to any warnings of the impending judgment of God that is soon coming upon the carnality of this present age. They will not give up their funding of the demons of the Disney Corporation. They will not stop funding the demons of the Starbucks Corporaton. They will not give up supporting the demons of the Mormon Cult. They are racing ever closer to taking the mark of the beast.

How do I know? Because they want things the easy way, the microwave way. They place more confidence in a gold cross they wear around their necks as jewelry than they do in their superficially feigned public declarations of accepting the cross that Jesus hung from and died upon.

When I confront their support of demons, they condemn me for confronting their support of such demons - because their sins and lusts for power and entertainment, their idolization of professional sports and embracement of vampires, and their adulterous infatuations with living out their worldliness through their own children, are more precious to them than heeding the warnings of a man crying out in the wilderness on behalf of the Lord.

I will show you just how awful the compromise is. There is a man in San Diego named Larry Stirling. Stirling and his wife Linda have used their involvement with San Diego-based megachurch Horizon Christian Fellowship as a platform for promoting their pubic claims of Christianity.

Larry Stirling is a former elected politician in San Diego who promotes the interests of the Republican Party. While attending Horizon Christian Fellowship for numerous years, Stirling has endorsed homosexual Republican Carl DeMaio, homosexual Republican gay pride activist Ralph Denney, pro-abortion Planned Parenthood and gay rights Republican Tricia Hunter, and promoted the radical homosexual Republican organization Log Cabin Republicans.

Every election Larry Stirling plays the Christian card and smoozes with megachurch pastors in San Diego like Mike MacIntosh of Horizon Christian Fellowship. Stirling and his ilk use the churches as corporations for promoting their destructive immorality inside of the Christian community - while pastors take Stirling's influence and money and look the other way as Larry Stirling endorses and promotes and hoists financial dealings with anti-christian homosexual candidates throughout the GOP.

James Hartline was there to witness and photograph the powerful and amazing service in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego where he lives and goes to church. Five different small congregations joined together for one unified December 24th event to honor the birth of Jesus Christ. Over 100 men, women and children packed out the Mid-City Christian Fellowship Christmas Eve service.

Just a few short weeks ago, Christians at Mid-City Christian Fellowship were huddled together inside of the church building for their Saturday evening service when a gun battle broke out near the church location. One San Diego police officer was murdered during the shootout just moments after that same police officer had been in a nearby McDonald's restaurant buying dinner for a young boy who did not have money to purchase food.

During the standoff between law enforcement and the shooter, police officers came to Mid-City Christian Fellowship Church to ask members to pray for officers during the gun battle.

Hate Crime Committed Against Christian Activist James Hartline Inside of Hillcrest, San Diego's Gay Community

On Saturday at 12:25pm this homosexual activist assaulted me with a cup of fluid while I waited for the bus on University Ave in Hillcrest. He targeted me directly, issued death threats and threw a cup of fluid from the 7/11 in my face. He stated that he would do this every time I came to Hillcrest. In this photograph he is coming at me to try and knock the camera out of my hand.

Law Enforcement and three city agencies are investigating the crime, video footage and photos.

Fluid that hit the steps in front of Davis Furniture store that was thrown from cup at James Hartline by homosexual activist who walked directly from the 7/11 to target Hartline after he got cup of fluid from store. One witness that saw the event had called police to report the incident. The local patrol officers did not respond at that time. However, within 48 hours of the incident, multiple agencies had entered into the investigation.

It is a serious state and federal crime if a person who is disease-infected throws fluids on another person. It is a hate crime when such a crime occurs due to the victim's religious beliefs.

The James Hartline Report has documented numerous violations of state law occurring on the property of Central Elementary School, a pre-school and K-5 grade school in the City Heights area of San Diego. Dirty used condoms, thousands of illegal cigarette butts, mold, mounds of trash and other disturbing scenes on the actual school property were photographed by James Hartline. One dirty used condom was located near the front door of the school principal's office while young students were on campus during school hours.

Thousands of illegal cigarette butts were found on Central Elementary School Property. Today, James Hartline photographed thousands of the illegal cigarette butts throughout school property including those lying on the ground outside of the door to the school's kitchen.

The area shown is fenced in, proving that only school employees could have been involved in the long term smoking and violating of state and local laws restricting smoking at the school.

State law forbids smoking on school properties. Yet, thousands of cigarette butts were lying on the ground in the fenced area of the school behind the school kitchen. Used cigarettes could be seen all over school property.

Piles of Trash, mold, degraded classrooms made of wood, but still occupied by students in pre-school classes, and many other disgusting and disturbing scenes were photographed throughout the school's property.

Central Elementray School describes their mission: 'Our motto is: "Work Hard, Be Kind, Dream Big! No Excuses." Many visitors say Central is a magical place. We believe in the power of our dreams. We dare to believe in something that others think is impossible. We tell each other our wishes. Our children learn how to dream big and work hard to achieve those dreams.'

Apparently the school's motto covertly includes illegal cigarette smoking on school property by staff and forgetting to remove dirty condoms from school property prior to ringing the elementary school bell for sex education and health classes in the morning. One must also wonder why the school is paying for a full time janitorial staff.

Perhaps the most disturbing component of today's investigation into the state violations occurring on the property of Central Elementary School were the number of politicians who had hung their 2010 campaign signs on the school's fence. Ron Roberts, a corrupt career politician who has ignored the problems at elementary schools in the City Heights area, has hung a multitude of his campaign signs on school property. So, has John DeBeck, another career politician who sits on the school board that oversees conditions at Central Elementary.

15. TOBACCO-FREE CAMPUS POLICIES
California Health and Safety Code Section 104420(n)(2)
SCOPE: Each school district and county office of education that receives Proposition 99 tobacco control funding from the State of California must adopt and enforce a tobacco-free campus policy. The policy shall prohibit the use of tobacco products at all times in district-owned/leased buildings, on district property, and in district vehicles. Under the policy, signs stating Tobacco Use Is Prohibited shall be prominently displayed at all entrances to school property.See entry 5 for a summary of the no-smoking law that applies to districts and county offices of education that receive Proposition 99 funding. A school may use its normal disciplinary powers to enforce no-tobacco-use rules against students, its general power over its property to enforce no-tobacco-use rules againstvisitors, and its general power over its terms of employment to enforce no-tobacco-use rules against employees.
PENALTY: Any school district or county office of education that does not have a tobacco-free policy on July 1 of any given year is not eligible to apply for Proposition 99 funds for that fiscal
year. (See entry 57 for a summary of Proposition 99.)

4. TOT LOTS AND PLAYGROUNDS
California Health and Safety Code Section 104495
SCOPE: Smoking of tobacco products is prohibited within 25 feet of a playground or tot lot sandbox area. The disposal of tobacco-related waste, such as cigar and cigarette butts, in these areas is also prohibited. A playground is defined as a park or recreational area specifically designed for use by children that has play equipment installed. This includes facilities located on public or private school grounds, or on city, county, or state park grounds. A tot lot sandbox area is a play area within a public park designated for use by children under five years of age. The law allows local governments to pass and enforce stricter laws.
EXCEPTION: The law does not apply to private property (except for private schools) or to public sidewalks within 25 feet of a playground or tot lot area.
ENFORCEMENT: Local law enforcement agencies have the general authority to enforce this law under California Penal Code section 830.1.
PENALTY: Violators are guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of $250 per violation.

5. SCHOOLS
20 United States Code Section 6083
SCOPE: It is illegal under federal law to permit smoking within any indoor facility utilized for kindergarten, elementary, or secondary education or library services for children. The workplace smoking restrictions in California Labor Code section 6404.5 also apply.

ENFORCEMENT: The U.S. Department of Education is authorized to enforce this law. A school or library may use its general power over its property to enforce no-smoking

enforce no-smoking rules against students.
PENALTY: Violators may be liable for a civil penalty of up to $1,000 for each violation and/or may be subject to an administrative compliance order. Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate violation.

19. USE IN FOOD SERVICE FACILITIES
California Health and Safety Code Sections 113953.3(a)(5), 113977, 113978, 114390(a),
114395, 114405
SCOPE: Food service employees may use tobacco only in designated areas where contaminationof food and equipment cannot result. Food service employees shall wash their hands after using tobacco. Owners, managers, and operators are responsible for violations by employees.Food facilities shall have a No Smoking sign posted in areas where food is prepared and stored and in areas where equipment that contacts food and utensils are washed. The workplace smoking restrictions in California Labor Code section 6404.5 also apply. (See entry 1.)
ENFORCEMENT: State and local environmental health services officials are authorized to enforce this law. Local law enforcement agencies have the general authority to enforce the misdemeanor penalty under California Penal Code section 830.1.
PENALTY: Violators are guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $25 to $1,000 and/or imprisonment for up to six months. A violator may be subject to the suspension or revocation of a permit to operate a food facility.

At a University of California San Diego pharmacy that is funded by the state of California, employees decided to decorate and celebrate witchcraft throughout the pharmacy. Serving thousands of patients suffering with AIDS, cancer and other life threatening illnesses, this particular hospital pharmacy may be the last place that some patients encounter before they die. However, that did not stop the pharmacy staff from hanging a black grim reaper on a noose from the ceiling, as well as skulls, black widow spiders, demons, witches, and staff wearing black witch hats and pagan witchcraft jewelry. Upon seeing these dark offerings to Satan, James Hartline immediately went into action to make his stand for his Lord.

In 2004, James Hartline had previously protested the UCSD AIDS clinic and its displays of Halloween. As a Christian, James does not feel that he should have to participate in witchcraft or Halloween when coming to the hospital. "I would not be allowed to put up crosses on the wall in celebration of my Christianity," says James. "And I do not feel that I should have to face images of death and satanism when coming to the hospital as I battle AIDS."

Because of Hartline's complaint in 2004, the hospital administration sent out a memorandum which forbids departments or staff from altering their work spaces without prior hospital approval. Hartline states that no approval was given in 2010 for the pharmacy to engage in celebrations of Halloween or witchcraft.

On Friday, the administrative director of pharmacies for UCSD confronted the pharmacy about violating hospital policy and the violating of Hartline's religious right not to be forced into displays of Halloween and witchcraft when coming to the AIDS clinic pharmacy.

Even though the City of San Diego now requires-by-law residents to throw their recyclable containers into blue trash cans so the city can make money from recycled materials, many restaurants are not providing such containers. Customers are simply throwing out empty recyclable plastics in the regular trash containers of these restaurants because no alternative is provided. This is an unacceptable environmental problem and a loss of revenue for the city - revenue the city could use to pay for trash collection services being charged to the taxpayers.

The City of San Diego's Recycling Ordinance was unanimously approved by the City Council on November 13, 2007. The new ordinance requires recycling of plastic and glass bottles and jars, paper, newspaper, metal containers and cardboard at private residences, commercial buildings, and at special events requiring a City permit.

HILLCREST — Police found a man with stab wounds Sunday lying in the street near the intersection of University Avenue and Park Boulevard.
San Diego police detectives were investigating the incident as a case of domestic violence. The man was taken to a hospital at about 8 p.m. His condition was not immediately available, said San Diego Police Officer Jason Jarrells.
“It appeared that he’d been stabbed,” Jerrells said.
No one has been arrested.

Eddie Lavelle Smith is a 34-year-old black male, 6’1” tall, medium build, black hair and brown eyes. Smith was last seen driving a Silver Nissan Altima and is known to frequent the area of Park Blvd. and University Avenue in HILLCREST.

Prior to the Sunday night stabbing, a sex crime was committed at the same intersection early Friday evening. Photographs were taken of a sex offense as it happened on the corner of University and Park Blvd. At 5pm on Friday, March 26, 2010, a black man approximately 30 years of age, unbuttoned his pants and exposed his penis on the sidewalk in front of the Medical Center Pharmacy located at 3904 Park Blvd. The individual committing the sex offense proceeded to urinate for approximately 90 seconds on the sidewalk. As the individual urinated with his penis exposed to the public, he moved around to other side of the bus kiosk facing the public street and sat down at the bus stop.

While the sex offender was engaged in the indecent exposure, his crimes were reported to employees inside of the pharmacy. The man reporting the incident was told that no manager was available in the store. One of the employees then responded by stating that "they do not get involved." Not one of the several employees present was willing to call the police or take any action.

A photograph shows the man who is covered in urine and had exposed his penis as he sat directly next to a San Diego bus. The driver was confronted while the man was engaged in the crime and the driver of the bus refused to do anything about the criminal. The photographs clearly show urine all over the sidewalk and a large, nearly full bottle of beer laying next to the sex offender on the sidewalk. The bus driver looks at the sex offender and does absolutely nothing. The bus driver then leaves the scene of the crime, allowing the offender to potentially harm school children, seniors and the disabled.

Once the blatantly apathetic bus driver left the corner of Park Blvd. and University Ave., the sex offender picked up his nearly full beer bottle and walked up University Ave. into the heart of San Diego's homosexual community. He left behind a large puddle of urine and the paper bag he had been carrying his bottle of beer in.

Under the leadership of Chairman Harry Mathis, the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System has permitted the public bus system and its bus stops to become some of the most dangerous places for young kids and their families anywhere in the United States.

Several days later, the #10 bus, which also stops daily at the same Park Blvd. and University Ave. intersection, was involved in an accident injuring 9 people. The accident and this photographed drinking episode occurred at the same street location of 37th Street and University Ave.

That is urine covering the sidewalk. A disabled man in a wheel chair and other citizens are about to cross University Ave. and Park Blvd. where they will step into contact with the possibly STD-infected waste left by the sex offender. A pet, a senior, a disabled person, or a child with a cut foot or a dropped piece of candy picked up out of the bodily fluid and placed in the mouth, could potentially expose the individual to AIDS, syphilis, other STD's, hepatitis, or whatever this sex offender may have been infected with - right in front of the pharmacy.

While the Medical Center Pharmacy is raking in thousands of dollars per day from seniors, the government, the disabled and parents with children, the pharmacy employees absolutely REFUSED to take a stand against this sex offender on Friday evening as he flashed his penis in public and urinated all over the public sidewalk. The pharmacy employees couldn't even bother calling the police. I call her Sister. She always giggles and smiles her toothless grin approvingly when I call her Sister. I've known Sister for many, many years. Sister and I have always seemed to have a common bond. I consider Sister to be family and I am proud to walk and talk with her anytime.

When I first got really sick from AIDS about ten years ago, I used to see Sister volunteering at Auntie Helen's. Auntie Helen's is a San Diego-based thrift store that uses its profits to provide a free laundry service for AIDS patients.

One day, Sister was gone from the thrift store and she did not return. Over the years, I have run into Sister dozens of times on the streets of San Diego.

Somehow Sister was never quite the same when she stopped working at the thrift store. Sister has spent many years roaming the streets, growing old, her health declining due to her constant use of street drugs and smoking cigarettes. She also suffers great mental health problems. I've taken her to the store to get hand sanitizer to clean her hands which are always covered with caked on black dirt. Sister also loves perfumed lotion, so I get her something pretty smelling which she dabs happily on her well worn face and behind her ears.

Every time I see Sister, I stop and sit with her on the sidewalks of Hillcrest. Sister loves it when I take her into a restaurant and treat her to dinner and conversation. Sister is always happy that someone has shown an interest in her "stories."

Things changed today dramatically. Sister is not doing well. Despite the fact that it is well over 70 degrees, hot and sunny, Sister is wearing a good portion of her entire wardrobe.

Today, I ran into Sister. She was sitting alone at a bus stop, moaning to herself. I knew something was wrong with Sister because I never see her sitting in North Park. She was outside of her normal territory. "What's wrong Sister?" I asked.

"Oh, ya' know. Just the way it is," she muttered. I noticed a bloody tissue in her hand.

"Sister! What happened to you?" I inquired.

She began wiping blood from her neck.

I believe Sister is about 60 years old, but she looks like an 80 year-old man. I'm always worried about Sister being on the streets, so vulnerable, so beaten down. Yet, she will not listen to common sense and leave the hard life that the streets of San Diego have brought her way. All I can do is pray, talk with her and give her some food and toiletries.

"May I take a look at your neck?" I asked Sister.

"Sure," she replies. Sister trusts me.

I pulled down the collar of her coat and I could see that her neck and upper back were covered in bleeding wounds.

"Oh Sister! You need to go to the doctor," I told her. I was absolutely shocked at the extent of her bleeding neck and back.

Sister would not seek help. She just sat there in her torn and filthy clothes. I told Sister I was going to go get a doctor for her. She said that was okay. So I quickly walked across the street and called for the paramedics. I then walked back to the sidewalk bus stop and sat with Sister. Waiting. Worrying. Comforting my friend in her need. Everyone else just walked around Sister to avoid her. They hoped she would just go away.

As I waited for the ambulance, Sister allowed me to take pictures of her wounds. I was not sure if someone had burned her with cigarettes or hurt her in some other way. I know that an elderly woman cannot fight against most of the evil that runs rampant on the streets of San Diego. I just couldn't believe how terrible her wounds looked. I waited in a panic for help to arrive. Sister needed help and I could not leave her to die on the streets. Not my Sister.

As we waited, Sister became engulfed in her paranoia and got up from the bench and began to walk away.

I pleaded with Sister to wait. She would not. Her voices were calling for her to flee. Sister is controlled by her drive for more drugs, more cigarettes, the prison of the concrete streets holds sway over her mind. Sister rambled away and I waited for the paramedics. I watched as Sister faded up the street.

The paramedics arrived and went after Sister.

Sister wouldn't cooperate. She did not want to go to the hospital. And because she appeared aware and coherent to the paramedics, they said there was nothing they could do. They just left Sister on the street.

The police officers arrived on the scene and spent a good deal of time talking to Sister and looking at her bleeding wounds.

The officers said that they could not take Sister to the hospital against her will. One of the officers said she thought Sister had scabies. The officer admitted she was not qualified to make a medical diagnosis and could not explain how she came to that conclusion. The officer said she would try to talk with Sister the next time she runs into her.

I told the officer that I didn't think Sister was going to survive much longer on the streets. They left Sister and I could do no more for her that day. The demons in Sister won the round, but I am still going to continue to fight for Sister's soul.

As I have done so many times, I keep praying for Sister. Lord, help Sister. She's in trouble. And Lord, I know what's that like.

Pro-life Christian activists are also grinding their teeth in dismay that they have been "betrayed" by Congressmen Bart Stupak, a lifetime member and promoter of the pro-abortion Democratic Party. Stupak recently voted to expand specials rights for homosexuality when he voted YES on the Democrats federal hate crimes legislation.

While in Washington, D.C., Stupak rented a room at the C Street facility of The Fellowship, also known as the Family, a Christian organization which operates the property as a tax-exempt church and subsidized residence for several congressmen and senators. Recently Stupak moved out after a group entitled Clergy Voice brought a lawsuit challenging the tax favored status of the facility as a church, including on the grounds that many ordinary church activities did not occur there and due to the secretiveness of the organization.

Jeff Sharlet, an author who wrote a book about the organization affiliated with the C Street facility, said, "When I lived with The Family at Ivanwald, a house for younger men being groomed for leadership, I was told that Stupak was a regular visitor to the Cedars." The Cedars, according to the Washington Independent, is also owned by The Family and hosts weekly prayer events. Stupak has denied any affiliation with the Family and appeared to deny knowledge of the organization, stating "I don’t belong to any such group" and that "I don’t know what you’re talking about, [The] Family and all this other stuff."

I told her I don't support marijuana use or any other substance abuse. I pondered how she got on the streets? What her home life had been like? What might happen to her in the future? Whether, or not, her parents knew where she was at?

The kids are taken away while their parents look the other way. Young daughters and little sons, taken, taken by the sexually immoral wolves of evil. These Sunday night massacres were preceded by a Saturday night suicide in downtown San Diego when a man jumped to his death from an 11-story parking structure. According to police reports, the suicide occurred at the San Diego City Council's main parking garage.

The downtown area is controlled by San Diego City Councilman Kevin Faulconer. Faulconer, like Councilman Gloria and his fellow homosexual Councilman Carl DeMaio, are busy focusing on the Gaslamp Mardi Gras Drinking Festival, San Diego Gay Pride month and Transvestite Day in San Diego.

Two weeks ago, while parents and hundreds of San Diegans were desperately searching for missing 17 year-old Chelsea King in the District 5 area of homosexual San Diego City Councilman Carl DeMaio, both Gloria and DeMaio were partying with drag queens and gay activists at the San Diego Gay and Lesbian Center.

Parents throughout San Diego are begging for help to save their teenage boys and girls, but the political system, in partnership with the immoral priorities of the sexually-charged homosexual men on the San Diego city council, shows little initiative in addressing the destruction of the youth of the city. All alone, living in poverty, Juanita Goggins has died at 75. She froze to death in her rented South Carolina house just four blocks from the gleaming statehouse dome. Sister Goggins was a real revolutionary heroine in her time. In the racist environment of South Carolina, the Honorable Juanita Goggins became the first black female to be elected to the South Carolina General Assembly. Thirty-five years later, the 75 year-old senior citizen and civil rights warrior succumbed to freezing tempatures in her little house located in Columbia.

Coroner Gary Watts said Sister Juanita died of hypothermia, probably about Feb. 20th. Watts said he found indications of dementia. When she died, during a cold snap, Goggins was wearing several layers of clothing, yet her heat was working at the time.

She had money to pay her bills, but the utility company turned off the electricity for nonpayment Feb. 23. Watts said it appeared Goggins was using Sterno to cook, but her stove was still functioning when police climbed through a window and found her.

Just blocks from Juanita Goggins' rented house, the house of her brutal demise, Governor Mark Sanford has been living the life of wealth and adultery. Sanford, who claims to be a Christian, has earned a notorious reputation for secretly flying to South America to cheat on his wife.

The two United States senators representing South Carolina, Lindsey Graham and Jim DeMint, have also been feeding at the trough of wealth and privilege while Sister Juanita was aging and freezing at their doorsteps. Perhaps, Sen. DeMint, a publicly professed Christian, was too busy with his Club For Growth meetings to check on Juanita Goggins.

The first black woman elected to the South Carolina General Assembly, Juanita Goggins of Rock Hill, has died. She was 75.

Goggins, a Democrat, was elected to represent the Rock Hill-centered House District 49 after court rulings forced changes in the makeup of State House districts in South Carolina.

She won the Democratic primary in the summer of 1974 against an incumbent, then defeated a Republican in the general election.

Goggins served three two-year terms before retiring from public life in 1978 with health problems. She had lived the past several years in Columbia.

"She was a fine woman who worked hard for the people of her district," Goggins' husband, Dr. Horace Goggins, said Sunday night. "That meant all people, regardless of race or economic status."

U.S. Rep. John Spratt of York, D-S.C., in a 2009 interview after a portion of S.C. 5 in Rock Hill was named for Goggins, called her a powerful political force not just in local politics, but also in state and national circles.

Twice in the late 1970s, Goggins was a guest at the White House of President Jimmy Carter. Spratt served with Goggins on state Democratic Party committees and at national Democratic conventions in the 1970s, before Spratt was elected to Congress.
Goggins was a woman of many firsts. She was the first black woman from South Carolina elected to the Democratic National Committee and the first black woman in to serve on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

Many of her papers from throughout her career are archived at both Winthrop University and the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. Her focus in six years in the Legislature was to advance progress in public education and public health.

"My mother always tried to serve people, to be someone who made a difference," said Horace Goggins Jr., her only child.

Goggins, who died Wednesday, was a native of Pendleton and graduated from S.C. State University before moving to York County in 1957 to teach home economics in the York school district.

A funeral will be Friday at New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church in Rock Hill, but full arrangements are pending.
